The Yule lads visit the museum!

The 13 Yule lads arrive one by one on at 11 am every day, each on the day they come to town, to meet the children and teach them about their mischiefs and lore from the old farming community and have fun. On weekends, Flotsokka, Taska and Leppatuska arrive, one at a time, and jest with their brother and the kids in the hall.

The fun has become a regular part of the Christmas preparations of many families in the capital area.
Admission is free for children under 18, adult’s admission fee 3,000 ISK, the admission equals an annual pass and entry to all exhibitions and events at the museum for one year from purchase.
