The building features a storage area on the loft of the second floor, complete with doors designed for the movement of goods in and out of the structure.
Pakkhúsið, situated in the beautiful town of Hofsós in Skagafjörður, is a notable landmark. Although visitors are unable to enter the house, Pakkhúsið is worth a visit.
